USING THE GAME SCHEDULE CALENDAR
HOW TO FIND & REQUEST GAMES
The GAME SCHEDULE link has information on referee spots available and booked. All the upcoming games will be displayed in several different ways. Click on the small menu box on the top right of event window to choose how to view games.

CLICK ON EVENT – an event window will open and it will tell you where the school is, along with a map, who is refereeing, if any, and what age group and gender.
SEND US AN EMAIL – Browse through the list of games in calendar schedule, make a list of games you want, and send us an email. Alternatively, you can also use the Request Games link at bottom of event window (basketball image) to send us a request. Either way, your request will be received. We will respond with an email confirming your request if these games are still available. All of our games require 2 referees, so it will be obvious if there is 1 spot or 2 available.
TOURNAMENTS will be indicated, along with the number of referees required, who has already signed up, how many games and what age and gender. SEND US AN EMAIL – request your games from available games.
RULES:
Don’t request games that you can’t cover.
Requests by any other means other than email will not be accepted.
We don’t split evening shifts, be prepared to cover all the games in shift.
If you need a replacement and it’s less than 48 hours notice, you find replacement. Use the referee contact information on website. Both referees should let us know about the swap.
Be on time – 10-15 minutes prior.
