Referees, use this contact information when there is a situation that you need to find a replacement for yourself with less than 48 hours notice. If you know about the necessary change with more than 48 hours notice, please contact us and we will find a replacement.
When you do find a replacement please have your replacement and yourself contact us, so we can make the appropriate assignment change on your game tally sheets. We will also make these changes on the website calendar game assignments.
We do recommend that you first find a replacement that lives in the quadrant that the games are being played in, before looking any further. We all appreciate driving as little as possible.
In case you haven’t noticed, the interest in playing basketball is growing exponentially in the greater Calgary area. For that matter, it’s become a worldwide phenomenon with young people across the globe discovering the game.
We are very happy to support basketball by ensuring that the game is played safely, fairly and by the book. Most of our officials come from a background of playing, coaching and now refereeing the game. They love the game and want to do their part to ensure it’s played by the rules.
